Job Description

• Design and optimize organizational structure, reporting lines, scope of work
• Develop and update job architecture, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and workforce planning
• Design and operate performance management systems (KPI/OKR)
• Participate in talent development initiatives, succession planning, career paths, and leadership programs
• Standardize HR policies, procedures, and reporting systems
• Provide consultation and support to business units on OD and culture initiatives

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in OD/HR (preferably in fast-growing companies or group models)
• Strong knowledge of organization design, job analysis, competency frameworks, and performance systems
• Excellent analytical thinking, systems thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred: knowledge/certifications in SHRM, CIPD, Leadership Development,…

• Salary Range: 18,000,000 VND – 25,000,000 VND

Working Hours and Location

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (off two Saturdays per month)
